Aeolus (Aiolos in Modern Greek, Latinized as Æolus) was the ruler of the winds in Greek mythology and an artist impression of Aeolus is used throughout this site. The original picture has been slightly edited and is used without permission. The original version of this artist impression was found as a sculpture for sale at Harvey Gallery and retrieved from their website in 2004-2005.
